Log in to the Visbody dashboard, click “Forgot Password”, and you will receive a link to change your password in your email address. Enter the new password to set it up.

After receiving the Visbody R and unpacking, please send the following information to info@visbody.com
1) Email.
2) Company name.
3) Store name.
4) S/N.NO. (On the nameplate on the back of the Visbody R)

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE USING VISBODY?

> Take off your shoes and socks

> Remove metals on you, such as the rings, watch, necklace, etc.

> Take off your coat. It is suggested to wear light and tight clothes for body circumference measurement.

WHAT IS THE RIGHT POSTURES WHEN USING VISBODY?

Weight measurement: Stand still with your hands down naturally
Composition measurement: Please keep the upper arm open at an 45 degree angle
Posture measurement: Please open your arm at a 45 degree angle according to the voice prompt and finish every step within an appropriate time

WILL WEARING LOOSE CLOTHING AFFECT MY TEST RESULTS?

Wearing loose clothes will affect the effect of 3D imaging, but the body composition is still accurate. We recommend wearing tight-fitting clothes during the measurement to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.

WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF USING VISBODY 3D BODY SCANNER?

1. Besides body composition measurement, Visbody also generates a 3D real avatar, measures the body circumferences, and performs a posture assessment
2. The report not only shows the current results but also presents the variations compared with your last assessment. It can visualize the historical 3D body models side by side for comparison.
3. No need to print, we can send this report to your email. We also provide the online management platform(dashboard) for users to view their reports.

The implants will be judged as body fat, which will affect the result.
